Free standard delivery on all products. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

UK economy delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. This includes large and heavy items.

An optional next working day delivery service is available for eligible in-stock products at checkout for £5.95. Special-order products are excluded. You can choose free UK economy delivery instead.

Where we deliver

We currently accept delivery orders to UK addresses only. We do not deliver to the EU or other international destinations.

Any product-specific delivery restrictions are shown on the product page. Please check these details before ordering large equipment.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders on the same working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We do not dispatch orders at weekends.

For in-stock products, delivery estimates depend on the service selected and begin from dispatch. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. Items in the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

Special-order equipment

The SHELANDY self-service dog wash station has an estimated UK delivery time of 12 weeks from order, for both payment-terminal options. Delivery is free. Next working day delivery is not available for this product.

Product availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item to your original payment method.
